The coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic is the defining global health crisis of our time and the greatest challenge we have faced since World War Two. Since its emergence in Asia late last year, the virus has spread to every continant except Antarctica. We have now reached the tragic milestone of one million deaths, and the human family is suffering under an almost intolerable burden of loss. The climbing death toll is staggering, and we must work together to slow the spread of this virus. The novel coronavirus pandemic has left an indelible mark on Americans of all ages and from all walks of life.
At The K.E.E.P. Foundation, it has become our highest priority to redefine what compassion looks like in wake of the COVID‐19 pandemic. We stand alongside of our American heros: Doctors, Nurses, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities to lend a hand to any families who are experiencing an ongoing, pervasive sense of loss: the tragic deaths and threatened loss of loved ones; the loss of physical contact with family members and social networks; the loss of jobs, financial security, and livelihoods; the loss of pre‐crisis ways of life and threatened loss of hopes. At this critical hour of this pandemic, we all know someone who has been tragically affected by this global health crisis. We are committed to doing our part. So in an effort to relieve some of the burdon of our healthcare system we are providing Covid-19 Relief Emergency Interim Housing Services.
